Alice Koubová (1974, Czech Republic) is Senior Researcher at the Czech Academy of Sciences and Associate Professor and Vice-Dean for Research at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. She authored Terrains of Performance (NAMU), Play and Democracy (Routledge), Self-Identity and Powerlessness (Brill), Donald Winnicott and Political Theory (Filosofia), To Think from Second Place. Towards Performance Philosophy (NAMU) and other books on identity, performance, ethics, and artistic research.
