Anita Moskát is a writer and editor. Originally a biologist, she primarily writes speculative fiction touching on natural science, the body, ecology, social inequalities, and abuses of power. She received the Péter Zsoldos Award for her Novel Irha és bőr (Skin and Hide, 2019), in which animals undergo partial metamorphosis and demand the same rights as humans. Her latest volume, A hazugság tézisei (The Thesis of Lies, 2022) contains short stories about social and personal lies.
