Noémi Kiss (1974, Hungary) is a Hungarian writer, literary translator, and critic. Her books include Ikeranya, Sovány angyalok, and Balaton. Her books were published in several languages, including German, Bulgarian, and Serbian, and received several German awards. She is a regular contributor to Die Zeit Online’s Freitext. Her works are published by Europa Verlag in Munich. She writes socially critical texts, regularly publishes, debates, and stands up for women's rights.
