Róbert Csaba Szabó (1981, Romania) is a Hungarian writer, screenwriter, and editor of the literary magazine Látó. His works draw from the diverse history of Transylvania in the 20th century. Alakváltók (Shapeshifters), a novel, portrays the Romanian anti-communist mountain resistance, and Fekete Dacia (Black Dacia) is a volume of Transylvanian horror stories. His children's books continue the tradition of adventure novels. In 2017, he received the Miklós Mészöly Award. He lives in Târgu Mureș.
