Visky

András Visky (1957, Romania) is a Hungarian-Romanian poet, playwright, and essayist and a prominent figure in theater life in Romania. He is the associate artistic director and resident dramaturg of the Hungarian Theatre in Cluj, and he has served as an instructor in the Department of Theatre and Television at Babeş-Bolyai University. His plays have been performed all over Europe and the United States, and he has won numerous awards, including the József Attila Prize and the Soros Foundation Award.
