Jolyon Naegele is a New York-born former East Europe correspondent at Voice of America (1984-94), Balkans editor at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (1996-2003), and chief political affairs officer at the UN peacekeeping mission in Kosovo UNMIK (2003-17). He lives in the Czech Republic.
