Daňhelová (1973, Czech Republic) was born in 1973 in the Czech Republic. She is a poet, writer, translator, artist, and organizer of cultural events. She has worked as a translator from Polish, Slovenian, Italian, and French. She lives in Beroun near Prague, where she regularly runs an international literary festival Stranou / Aside: European Poets Live. Her most recent collection of poems is entitled Jaka nesmrtelnost? (‘What Immortality?’, 2020)
