Marcin
Sendecki

(1967, Poland) belongs to the generation of Polish poets that gathered around the counter-culture quarterly bruLion and which is sometimes referred to as “The New Barbarians”. He was nominated for two prestigious Polish poetry awards: the Silesius and the Gdynia awards, for his 2011 volume Farsz (Stuffing). In 2017, he received the poetry award Wislawa Szymborska for his volume W. He is a 2022 winner of the Wroclaw Poetry Award “Silesius” for lifetime achievement.
