Márta Júlia
Nagy

(1982, Hungary) is a poet. Born in Debrecen, she now lives in Budapest. She has published two collections of poetry in her native Hungarian, Ophélia a kádban (Ophelia in the Bath, JAK-Prae, 2014), and Elígért lány (Promised Girl, Jelenkor Publishing, 2021). In the latter, gardens and forgotten parts of the city come to life in an art nouveau fantasy world woven from poems, where mythology is both horrifying and everyday.
