Noémi
Saly

Noémi Saly (1956, Hungary) taught as a Hungarian-French teacher in high school, language school, and university, translated social-science books, and finally worked as a museologist for sixteen years at the Hungarian Trade and Hospitality Museum. Her main field of research is the history of Budapest coffee houses, and her city, Budapest to which she is connected by a thousand family lines. She has published eighteen books. In addition to her academic work, she sometimes write fiction.
