Różycki (1970, Poland) was born in 1970 in Poland. He is a Polish poet and translator. He studied Romance Languages at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, and taught french at the Foreign Languages Teaching College in Opole. His book-length poem, the Dwanaście stacji (‘Twelve Stations’, 2004) won the prestigious Kościelski Foundation Prize. He has been nominated twice for the NIKE Prize (2005 and 2007), and once for the Paszport Polityki (2004) Poland's top literary award.
