Kondor

(1954, Hungary) is a Hungarian writer. His first mystery, Budapest Noir, has been translated into 15 languages, and became a feature film. Since 2008, he's published more than a dozen novels, two dozen short stories, and been hailed as "the creator of Hungarian crime fiction". Besides the Budapest Sin-cycle, his works include a trilogy of historical adventure with focus on the Crown of St. Stephen, and a contemporary police procedural series with strong political overtones.
