Cornelius Hell (1956, Austria) lives as an author, translator and literary critic in Vienna, has written several books and many broadcasts for ORF (Austrian Broadcasting Corporation) and Bayerischer Rundfunk (Bavarian Radio and Television); publications on E. M. Cioran, Thomas Bernhard, Imre Kertész, Milo Dor and Peter Henisch, among others; various teaching assignments at Austrian universities. Numerous translations from Lithuanian (prose, poetry and drama), Austrian State Prize for Literary Translation 2018.
