Vichnar

David Vichnar holds a double PhD from Charles University and Université de la Sorbonne Nouvelle. He teaches at the Department of Anglophone Literatures and Cultures of Charles University. He works as an editor, publisher, and translator. He translates into English from Czech, German and French. His research and teaching areas include James Joyce studies, modernism and modernity, 20th century experimental literature, historical and postwar avant-garde and contemporary fiction.
